The bed size is good and AC works decent. Nighly noise was disruptive to sleep.

the balcony situation is just ridiculous, lacking any privacy. and let’s not forget about the 'so-called' comfort of the room—no iron, really? expected a complimentary upgrade for all this hassle. I almost gave a good review, but couldn’t overlook these glaring issues.

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Double or Twin Room. Location is excellent. just a 10-minute walk to the center. The room was clean and spacious, and the AC worked well. The host kindly arranged a gluten-free breakfast for my wife, which was a nice touch! 😊

Limited check-in hours were a hassle for late arrivals!!! The shower only had a large rain head that didn't move, and the small detachable one was non-functional!!! The TV had only Italian channels, could use some variety!!!

Perfect Location and Great Breakfast!

Our stay was quite enjoyable, with a lovely room that was clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating, assisting us with our travel plans and providing valuable local tips. The breakfast, although not originally included, was a highlight with fantastic sweetbreads and a range of beverages. One downside was the check-out situation. we couldn’t store our luggage after leaving the room, making it difficult to explore Florence comfortably before our departure.

The location was perfect for our family with young kids, just a short 15-minute stroll to the main attractions. Daria’s tips for local dining were fantastic, helping us discover away-from-tourist spots. The room was comfortable and the kids loved the balcony, even if we couldn't use it due to rain.

My wife says that it would be great to have more space for the kids to play, perhaps with a small area dedicated to families.

Great stay for one night! The breakfast was generous, and the room was spacious with a refrigerator. Just a bit of a privacy issue with the terrace outside.

Although breakfast wasn’t included, the 7 euro price was worth it given the fresh fruit and tasty pastries available. An ice machine and coffee maker in the room were excellent additions. A small issue arose with the shower facilities. There weren’t enough spots to hang towels, which made it slightly inconvenient. The night lighting coming from the main door was distracting, as the curtain could be thicker to block it out better. Still, these minor inconveniences didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience. I'd recommend a stay here for its value, cleanliness, and the welcoming hosts.
